Uninstall SearchLock

Uninstalling SearchLock from your browser

IMPORTANT: Uninstalling will cause your searches to be tracked and your search history to be stored by Google, Microsoft and other institutions. Read more about how SearchLock protects you here. If you are sure you want to continue, just follow the instructions below:

Remove or Uninstall SearchLock from Google Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.

  2. Click 'More tools' and Select 'Extensions'

  3. Click the trash can icon . A confirmation dialog will appear, click 'Remove'.

* You can also temporarily turn off SearchLock by disabling it on the Extensions page.

Remove or Uninstall SearchLock from Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Firefox menu on the browser toolbar.

  2. Click 'Add-ons' and 'Extensions'

  3. Click 'Disable' or 'Remove'

Remove or Uninstall SearchLock from Apple Safari

  1. Select 'Safari' > 'Preferences...'

  2. Click'Extensions'

  3. Find SearchLock and click the 'Uninstall' button .
